HALF DAY SESSION
(includes preparation time and 3 hours of mediation time)

4 or more Parties.........................................$800

FULL DAY SESSION
(includes preparation time and 6 hours of mediation time)

2 or 3 Parties..............................................$1275

4 or more Parties........................................$1400

• If facilities are required for the mediation, any charges incurred by the mediator for facilities will be billed as a disbursement.
Fees and disbursements or cancellation charges are divided equally and billed to counsel
for the parties unless otherwise agreed by counsel.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

MEDIATIONS CANCELLED:

• 30 days or more before the scheduled date of the mediation........................No cancellation charge
• Within 30 days of the scheduled date of the mediation................................50% of the applicable fee
